Credomatic International Music Festival
This event was created in 1991 by a group of Costa Rican musicians, whose simple yet novel proposal was to organize an international music festival for Costa Rica, inspired by the European festivals. However, instead of having medieval castles or Roman ruins in the background, the activity is carried out on the beaches and other sites of incomparable natural charm in our country. The festival is held every year in August.
Throughout these years, the event has attracted more than 1.000 musicians from 50 countries, who have presented about 750 concerts in the most beautiful natural landscapes of Costa Rica.
